Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport.

Домики недавно построены, новые. Есть места где просвечивает правда улица и видно,что дерево будет портится от дождей и влаги (уже есть чёрные подтекст внутри) Есть кондиционеры Полностью оборудована кухня всем необходимым Огромный минус территориальное расположение

Местоположение отеля неудачное. НАПРОТИВ МИНИ-ОЛЕТЯ или свалка твердых-бытовых отходов или стоянка мусоровозов, запахи на жаре все несёт на территорию.. до пляжа не 400-500 метров как указано в описании...идти около 1.8-2км Район больше похож на пром.зону (хотя весь Сухум так себе оказался, Дальше Нового Афона лучше не заезжать) По пути к морю можно наткнуться на стаю бродячих собак

Отель расположен в тихом районе Маяка в Сухуме, до моря пешком минут 15, на машине 5 минут, есть дикий пляж и рядом оборудованный с лежаками, барами и т.д Сам домик новый, чистый, есть все необходимое. Во дворе есть бассейн, зона отдыха с качелями и мангалами. Кухня общая, полностью оборудована, посуда, микроволновая печь, стиральная машинка, всем можно пользоваться. Есть парковка перед воротами, под камерами, с местом проблем не возникло Очень приветливые хозяева и персонал, заехали поздно, проблем не возникло
