You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is no reception on site. We operate self check-in and have a call centre available 24/7 and a whatsapp number where we can be reached 24/7 as well. We clean before and after your stay. In the meantime, this is your home. Take care of it. We do not change towels or sheets during your stay, unless your stay exceeds 5 nights. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee (18-54€ depending on the type of flat). This is a non-smoking accommodation. Parties/events are not permitted. Guests should avoid making noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Pets are not allowed in the property. A security deposit of up to €500 may be required depending on the type of flat. This will be debited by the property 7 days prior to your arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if the house rules have been respected and no damage has been found by the establishment. There is no lift in this building. Therefore, we will not be able to accept persons with reduced mobility.
