Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that if the guests fails to clean the appartment, EUR 60 will be held in from the deposit amount. This is to cover cleaning costs.
