Zermatt is located in a car-free zone. Access by private car is only permitted as far as the village of Täsch. Information on available ways to get to the city can be found on the city's official website. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Switzerland hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please inform Matthiol Appartements in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CHF 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
