All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. The front desk is open until 00:30. To make arrangements for check-in guests need to contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. For arrivals after 11:00 AM or outside of normal check-in hours guests need to contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival.
