You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Once your reservation is confirmed, a link with the steps for the online check-in is sent. Our online check-in process requires guests to fill out their personal information and upload a government issued ID before arriving at the property.
