Please note that the reception is open from 11:00 until 18:00 and is located at Boxhagener Straße 50. Please note that on very rare occasions, guests might have to change apartment within the same category during their stay. Guests are reminded that late arrivals are subjected to a surcharge of EUR 20 after 20:00. Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that a deposit of EUR 300 will be blocked on your credit card on arrival. This will be returned after 10 days if no damage ensues.
