Front desk is open 24/7. A fix amount of EUR 300.00 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of booking. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. A weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Guests arriving at the weekend or outside of reception opening hours should contact Vision Apartments Berlin in advance. The check-in takes place directly at the apartment. Guests must provide an email with their identity card or passport before the arrival in order to receive the access code. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival.
