Guests will be contacted by Rujana with bank details, for the transfer of the deposit. Please note that the rest of the booking fee must be transferred at least 30 days before arrival. Guests are kindly requested to inform Rujana of their mobile phone numbers. Guests making last-minute reservations should send proof of payment directly to the hotel via fax. After you have made your reservation, Rujana will send you a separate email with a bankruptcy insurance policy.
