Guests may be charged the following tax upon check-in: Ecuadorian Value Added Tax — VAT of 15%. VAT exemption is available for travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa proving they are not residents of Ecuador. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
