A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an electricity fee is not included in the price and is based on guest consumption, except during high season when the fee is EUR 15 per week. Please note that bed linen is not included in the room rate, but can be reserved for an extra fee by contacting the property. Animals are admitted for an extra fee of EUR 25.
