This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that extra fees apply for arrivals outside check-in hours: - EUR 20 for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:00 - EUR 30 for arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 50 for arrivals after 23:00 If you plan to leave the accommodation before 08:30, a EUR 30 extra fee applies. Please note that arrivals and departures on Sundays are possible for an extra fee of EUR 50. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Rental is possible for an additional fee, but must be requested at the time the reservation is made. Credit card details will be requested upon arrival for the security deposit.
