A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property applies additional fees for late check-in: - from Monday to Saturday: EUR 50 from 19:00 until 00:00 and EUR 80 after 00:00 - Sunday and public holiday: EUR 50 from 10:00 to 19:00 and EUR 80 after 19:00 Please note that electricity costs are not included for stays of more than 28 days.
