Guests MUST contact the TBHC Self-Catering Apartments prior to day of arrival to arrange access. Contact details on booking confirmation e-mail. Failure to do so will lead to significant delays in gaining access to the property. Towels are not provided but can be hired at GBP 5 per person if required. The property has the right to deduct money from the card used to make the booking to cover any damages.
