A credit card security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 1 business days following your stay. Any additional people that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay and must leave the property by 11:00 PM. Early check-in is not possible. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. The minimum age of guests to check in is 21 years if unaccompanied by an adult. The property has a strict no-party policy. The property provides a meet and greet service. Once you confirm this reservation, further information will be sent by email. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Upon check-in there is a pre-authorisation procedure whereby your bank holds a deposit of GBP 150 for the duration of stay; upon checkout, it is released back into available balance which can take 5-7 working days.
