This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo identification prior to check-in, as well as sign a copy of the Terms and Conditions sent by the property via email after booking. This property is equipped with a 'Minut' device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels without recording audio, temperature & humidity) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. The Property Manager will be notified if excessive noise is detected.
