Pick up of the keys is at Petrinjska 9, 1 floor (from 9:00 till 21:00). Hotel working hours are from 10:00 until 18:00. Guests should inform hotel in case of late arrive after 18:00. **Fees** The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.
