A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Air conditioning is available on request and at an additional cost of: - EUR 15 per week in the studio - EUR 25 per week in the one-bedroom apartment - EUR 35 per week in the two-bedroom apartment. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person/per set. A compulsory extra charge is valid from 1 June to 30 September and relates to a club card that entitles you to access the swimming pool, a covered parking space per apartment and the use of sports facilities such as the tennis court and soccer field, on request and subject to availability.
