As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • Cash deposit: MXN 5000.0 per stay • Cleaning fee: MXN 700 per room, per stay We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
