You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. Guests are requested to state their expected time of arrival in the Comments Box. Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. Please note that guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. Please note that the apartment's stairs are fairly steep and there is no lift in the building.
