Check-in or check-out outside regular hours is possible upon request and subject to availability at the following surcharge: Early check-in between 09:00 and 15:00: EUR 40 Late check-in after 21:00: EUR 40 Late check-out between 11:00 and 15:00: EUR 40 Extra early check-out between 00:00 and 07:00: EUR 60 Early check-out between 07:00 and 09:00: EUR 20 An extra person can stay at the apartment for EUR 25 per person per night. Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is no lift in the building. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
