A security deposit of EUR 250 is required in advance for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable in max 7 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person or bring their own.
