You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests can use the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer in the communal area. When guests make a booking for 4 people, 1 bedroom will be locked. If you wish to use all bedrooms of an accommodation, the full rate for 6 people will apply.
