The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Swimming pool access comes with a fee of PHP 150 per person per day on regular days and PHP 300 on holidays, directly payable to Shell Residences administration.
