The key should be collected from the key depository located at at Karkonoska Street 13, Karpacz. In selected apartments, the entrance to the apartment is via a door code. The code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. In emergency situations, upon prior arrangement, key collection is possible at the local office at Obrońców Pokoju Street 1D/3U, Karpacz (Monday-Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM).
