The front desk is open until 23:30. From 13.10.2025 the reception will be open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Guests aged 13 and over will be charged the following tax: from November to March — without charge, from April to October — EUR 2.00 per night per person, but not more than EUR 14.00 per person for the entire stay. For all check-ins after 07:00 PM, guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance. If the arrival time has not been communicated, guests may experience a waiting period of up to one hour for the person in charge. To avoid delays, it is required to contact the property by phone at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Check-ins after 11:30 PM are subject to an additional fee, payable in cash directly upon arrival. Amenities and toilet paper will be provided on the day of arrival. The apartment is not cleaned daily, only towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen is changed weekly. The minimum age allowed for check-in is 18 years. Check-in takes place from 04:00 PM to 11:00 PM (June to October) and from 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM (November to May). Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. An in-room safe is available for an additional fee. The property is closed during November, December, January, February, March, and April.
