Damage deposit is EUR 100.00 for each person when a reservation has more than 2 apartments. For cancelations less than 72 hours, the hotel charges 3 nights. For No Show bookings the hotel charges the whole stay. If guests ignore the rules and insist on the booking, the hotel refuses to check-in and there will be no refund.
