This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests should let the Marques Classy Apartment by be@home know of their expected arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that late check-in, after 20:00, and early check-out, before 8:00, are available. An additional fee of EUR 30 is charged for each service. A prepayment deposit of 30% via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions. Please note that 1 child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. Please note that construction work is going on nearby from monday to friday, from 8:00am to 20:00pm, and some rooms may be affected by noise.
