The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Staying with children under 10 years old and pets is not permitted. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited, but there is a designated smoking area on the premises. Parties and noisy events are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Check-in is done in person, and a contract is signed upon arrival. Guests must provide a passport and a deposit, which is refunded after all house rules are followed and cleaning is completed.
