For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. To receive instructions on check-in, guests must contact the accommodation facility in advance using the contact phone number indicated on the voucher. The security deposit is refunded upon departure after the maid's apartment is accepted. If a separate bed is required, an additional set of bed linen is paid separately — RUB 350.00 per day.
