Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. One day prior to arrival, guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel staff by phone to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
