The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. If guests require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, this is subject to availability and at a rate of RUB 500.00 per hour. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the apartment and entryways. Smoking is permitted only outside! Before departure, guests are required to: Wash their dishes and take their trash to the outdoor container. Leave their keys in the mini-safe where they picked them up. If guests check out after 11:00 AM without a prior extension, a penalty equals the deposit amount. The deposit is refunded in full on the day of departure or the following day after the maid has cleaned the apartment, provided the house rules are followed, nothing is damaged or lost, and communication is tactful and respectful. The deposit is refunded by default to the same bank from which the payment was made, based on a screenshot or the phone number used for the conversation. The apartment only accepts cashless payments by card transfer.
