Неплохое расположение. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.

Квартира очень уставшая. Хотя не старая. Хозяева не слишком заботятся об уборке. Она лишь поверхностная. Везде въевшаяся грязь. Особенно видно на дверных наличниках и линолеуме. Мебель, отдельное приключение. Диван в прихожей , видимо поставили, чтобы всех отпугивать. Он внешне ужасный, грязный, садится на него вообще не стоит. Кровать нормальная. Подушки все ужасные. Комками. Штора в ванной, очень грязная и рваная. Цена вопроса 400 рублей. Неужели не заменить? Вобщем, выходит люди просто выжимают возможное из того, что есть. Бог с ней с мебелью. Но уборку можно делать качественнее. Мы много путешествуем, часто снимаем жилье. Такое отношение к гостям, большая редкость. Не советую, эту квартиру, даже на одну ночь.
