The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The apartment is equipped with electronic locks and offer contactless and keyless check-in. Before arrival, guests must contact the property by contact details provided in the booking confirmation and provide surname, first name, patronymic, date and time of arrival, as well as a photo of the first page of the passport and the page with the registration. If payment for accommodation is incomplete, information on how to make the additional payment will be sent. On the day of arrival, guests will be sent access codes to the apartment.
