For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. Upon check-in, guests must sign a service or rental agreement. Guests are charged a prepayment in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Prepayment must be made by the guest no later than 48 hours before arrival. Guests are required to verify their identity by providing a scanned copy or passport photo — first page and registration, as well as a photo of their face. On the day of arrival, guests will receive instructions for settling in and a code for the key box. Contactless check-in is available at any time, and the administrator is always available. Guests are provided with reporting documents, including a QR code receipt, a contract, and a cashless payment system for organizations, as well as necessary documents for military personnel. Payment is made via cashless payment to the organization's account, and the rental agreement and service invoices are stamped. Cleaning is performed before each check-in. For stays exceeding 7 days, cleaning is provided once a week at no additional cost. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to individual discussion. The contract is signed remotely from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Moscow time before check-in, and the rules of accommodation are also discussed. A security deposit is set, which is returned by 07:00 PM on the day of check-out after the apartment is cleaned. The apartments are not available to guests under the age of 23, for noisy celebrations and parties, or to guests who smoke indoors.
