For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in is contactless after guest verification through a remote check-in service. This service also handles contract signing and the remaining payment if necessary. Accommodation with a pet (small breed dogs, no cats) is possible with prior approval and requires an additional fee. Not suitable for events or parties. Smoking any type of smoking products, incense, or using any pyrotechnics (sparklers, candles, etc.) is prohibited in all apartments. Final cleaning and a security deposit are paid additionally and are mandatory conditions for accommodation.
