Check-in is carried out by passport. Check-in takes place contactless, with a check-in code. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior agreement. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Accounting documents are available upon request. Accommodation with pets is subject to prior agreement. Smoking of cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, and electronic cigarettes is prohibited. The fine for smoking is RUB 3000.00. The security deposit for the safety of the property is refunded on the day of departure. Check-in is not possible without a security deposit. Guests must pay the deposit in advance.
