Очень удобное расположение, если нужно добраться в центр - такси 200-300 рублей, либо рядом есть остановка маршрутки и трамвая. Район, где расположена квартира - новый, рядом есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Множество кафе на выбор для завтраков и даже винотека для вечерних посиделок. Приятный вид на город с балкона (на фото). Небольшая квартира студия с современным ремонтом. Чистое постельное бельё, и небольшой приветственный бонус при заселении. В ванной всё есть - гели и шампуни (но судя по цвету и запаху самые дешёвые), гель для стирки, полотенца и халаты. Всё чисто и убрано.

Диван в гостиной разъезжается, когда на него садишься. Почти невозможно опереться на спинку.

Удобно расположен между аэропортом и центром города. Рядом есть кафе и магазины. В холодильнике были яйца и молоко на завтрак))) есть кофемашина и печенье. Есть возможность приготовить кашу и макароны! Просторно, уютно, красиво и очень функционально продумано Довольны уровнем чистаты и уюта Если есть какие-то проблемы - всё быстро решается.

С телевизором не подружились - большая часть каналов за деньги, так и не удалось включить какой-нибудь хороший фильм 😂
