расположение дома, все есть в квартире кроме шампуня, так как путешествуешь не на долго без багажа, в ручную кладь не возьмешь шампунь, хотелось бы чтобы была в наличии.

момент заселения, непонимание с хозяином квартиры, во первых зачем то отправляем фото паспорта, залог выше заявленного при бронировании и самое главное на улице шел дождь, стояли под подъездом с ребенком, нам сказали,что шла уборка до 14 часов, реально уборки не было (полы все липли). Попали в подъезд с соседями , вошли в квартиру там никого нет, нас держали под дождем не понятно зачем.
