Location

Latte v Tsentre Apartments are located in the center of Irkutsk, in the historical part of the city, in an 8-story brick building, in close proximity to the central market. There is a transport interchange nearby. Within walking distance are cafes and restaurants, an organ hall, a philharmonic society, the Lower Angara embankment, Kirov Square, a molecular diagnostics clinic, as well as theaters, museums, exhibition and concert halls, shops.

At the apartments

Guests have at their disposal a two-room apartments with air conditioning, a double bed, two double sofas with bedding and linen, two Smart TVs with high-speed unlimited Internet, as well as a safe, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes roller, shoe sponge. There is a water heater in case of a planned hot water shutdown at the beginning of summer. Guests have access to personal hygiene products: dental kits, razor, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, soap, slippers, towels, washing powder, dishwashing foam, vegetable and fruit wash, cleaning and washing products, toilet paper, paper napkins, garbage bags, air purifier, vegetable oil, sugar, salt. There is a parking lot and a playground in the yard.
