The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. A transfer from the airport or train station can be arranged for guests. Guests can also have breakfast or dinner delivered directly to the apartment upon arrival. It is necessary to notify the apartment representatives in advance, immediately after booking. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. For stays of 3 nights or more, a free transfer from the airport is provided, and for stays of more than a week, a return trip is also provided. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Individual check-in and check-out times are possible by agreement. A maximum of 4 guests can stay, but the price is for 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. It is allowed only on the shared balcony. Accommodation with an animal is possible by prior arrangement. Guests are required to observe a silence regime from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Guests are also asked not to leave trash and dirty dishes, and to take care of property and textiles.
