The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Early or late check-in and check-out are subject to availability. The deposit is returned after cleaning the flat in case of safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence within 12 hours after departure. Payment can be made in cash and by bank transfer. Smoking is prohibited in the flat, including the use of hookah, vapes, steam generators and cigarettes. The fine is RUB 3000.00. The flat is not suitable for parties and noisy companies. In case of damage or heavy contamination of bed linen, the deposit is not refundable. There is a silence mode from 10:00 PM. Only the declared and paid number of guests is allowed to stay. In case of violation of the rules, eviction is possible without refund of payment and deposit.
