Симпатичны интерьер. Диван и матрац непродавленные-спать было комфортно. Ночью по телефону отвечают быстро и удаленно открывают домофон.

Комплекты полотенец не по количеству людей, а по количеству кроватей. Нет питьевой воды. Из мыльно-рыльных только мыло. Дверь в туалет не закрывается никак и постоянно отваливается порожек. Плита газовая-спичек нет. Номер на пятерых снят на два дня-весь запас туалетной бумаги-треть рулона. Предполагается уборка номера после выселения, но обязательно вымойте посуду и вынесете мусор за собой, а иначе не отдадут залог. И лишние полотенца возьмете-не отдадут залог. Очень не гостеприимно.

Удобно, что заезд и выезд осуществляется дистанционно. Квартира приемлемо чистая. Сотрудники арендодателя (общались удаленно) вежливые и доброжелательные.

Верхний ярус кровати сильно шатается и, похоже, толком не чистится. Сложности с доступом в подъезд: ключ один, домофона в квартире нет, звонок на домофон поступает администратору, который не всегда на связи. Чтобы попасть в подъезд без ключа, приходится дозваниваться до администратора или просить тех, кто в квартире, выйти и открыть дверь вручную.
