The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in is only possible until 10:00 PM. Eviction is around the clock. Early check-in and late check-out are additionally negotiated. A deposit is provided. The deposit is refunded after cleaning, subject to the rules of accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If this condition is not met, the deposit will not be refunded. It is possible to smoke on the shared outdoor balcony located on the floor. Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs do not check in. It is forbidden to invite strangers as guests. Noisy gatherings are prohibited. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay. It is possible to provide guests with free parking in the courtyard behind the barrier. The barrier can only be opened from the remote control. The remote control is provided for a deposit of RUB 1900.00. Guests are asked to inform in advance about the need for parking: in this case, the remote control will be waiting for them in the apartment. All calculations are made after checking into the apartment.
