For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. To receive check-in instructions, guests are kindly requested to contact the property in advance at the phone number provided in the booking confirmation, no later than 11:00 PM. Through the messenger, guests must specify the name of the facility, the expected time of arrival, and the number of guests. On the day of check-in or on the day of booking, the guest will receive an SMS with an electronic key in the form of a link. When checking in, guests must go to the previously received link and click the open door button. The lock will open after a click. After 10 seconds, the lock will automatically close. From the inside, guests can open the door manually. The lock closes automatically. When guests leave, they need to close the door. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a deposit in the amount of the cost of one night's stay. Payment is made on the spot. Smoking is prohibited throughout. Parties and other events are prohibited.
