The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Self-check-in is provided using a safe box. Early check-in and late check-out are provided by agreement, subject to availability. A full set of bed linen is provided. An additional sofa set is provided for an additional fee of RUB 500.00. Guests can use their own bed linen: pillows and blankets are provided free of charge. For bookings of 7 days or more, a free bed linen change is provided. Official documents are provided for reporting, payment on the invoice, and a permanent placement agreement may be concluded. It is possible to accommodate with a pet for an additional fee. It must be agreed in advance. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after cleaning. Smoking is prohibited in the flat and on the balcony, and noisy events are prohibited. It does not give up for holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise. Silence must be observed after 09:00 PM. In case of violation of this paragraph of the rules, eviction without refund of payment is possible. Guests are kindly requested to keep their rooms clean.
