The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. Guests must contact the property via messenger using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in is conducted remotely. The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum specified on the property page. The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out between 03:00 PM and 05:00 PM via bank transfer. Late check-out after 12:00 PM is possible by prior arrangement at an hourly rate of RUB 480.00 per hour, and early check-in before 2:00 PM is available at the same rate of RUB 480.00 per hour. Accommodation with cats is not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and on the balcony; a penalty of 100% of the deposit will be applied for violations. Photocopies or photos of passports for all guests are required at check-in.
