Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. When booking an apartment, guests must contact the hotel via messenger using the phone number on their voucher. Apartment check-in is done remotely. A photo of your passport is requested upon check-in. The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the listing. The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM via bank transfer. Late check-out is available by prior arrangement, subject to an hourly extension of RUB 480.00 per hour after 12:00 PM. Early check-in before 2:00 PM is RUB 480.00 per hour. Cats are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. The penalty is 100% of the deposit.
