Late check-out is possible by arrangement, subject to an hourly extension fee of RUB 480.00 per hour after 12:00 PM, and early check-in before 02:00 PM — RUB 480.00 per hour. Cats are not allowed. Двухместные апартаменты Premium c 1 комнатой (двуспальная кровать) (детская кровать не включена, дополнительная кровать включена, питание для детей не включено)

Квартира находится в новом элитном районе Кирова, соответствует фото, представленным на сайте, вид с 16 этажа на реку Вятку. В квартире есть: утюг, фен, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина. Вечерами можно прогуливаться по набережной, которая ведет в красивейшую березовую рощу.

А теперь маленькая чайная ложка дегтя… в описании указана бесплатная стоянка, а по факту парковаться пришлось около дома, так как нам пояснили, что поменялся номер телефона шлагбаума, а брелки сделать не успели и нам еще повезло, что мы нашли парковочное место рядом с домом… Перед заездом в квартиру мы уточняли о наличии полотенец, чтобы понимать брать нам их с собой или нет, и нас заверили, что в квартире есть банное полотенце и полотенце для рук, а по итогу было одно полотенце и даже не банное … Туалетная бумага была оставлена меньше половины рулона… Губка для посуды грязная, на ней была пыль… в комнате на окне стоит коробка из под телевизора, под диваном какие-то остатки от ремонта…Если эта квартира позиционируется, как апартаменты, то надо обращать внимание на все мелочи…
