Близко от вокзала. Рядом парк, есть где прогуляться. Рядом круглосуточные магазины, фастфуд. Квартира уютная, чистая.

Мятое постельное белье. То ли не глаженное, то ли кто-то уже на нем спал. Будем надеяться, что первый вариант.
